Alexandria — Del Ray hosted a Fashion Block party Thursday, Sept. 6. Musician set up along the Avenue entertaining residents and visitors. More than a dozen business participated; there were dining specials, swing dancing demonstrations, drawings for gifts, a runway show and performance art.
