Old Town Square in downtown Fairfax City was the place to be last Friday night, Sept. 26, when the Taylor Swift tribute band, Cruel Summer, wowed the crowd at the City’s monthly Rock the Block event. The lead singer, Alyssa Coco, performed songs from all of Swift’s musical eras, while little girls collected friendship bracelets and the audience sang along.
