Fred Pitman accepts the Fairfax County Government Volunteer award. Pitman is a public library volunteer at the Oakton Library, where he leads an English conversation group, and serves as an Adopt-a-Shelf volunteer, program assistant and treasurer for Friends of the Oakton Library organization.
