The Rev. Jo Belser of the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection addressed a Beauregard Design Advisory Committee (BDAC) meeting on Monday evening at Northern Virginia Community College. The church is in the latter stages of designing an all-affordable apartment building for construction on its property. BDAC met to evaluate the proposal’s adherence to the city’s design requirements and to hear public comment.
